Moving files from folder to folder caused the file to disappear completely
By and large I like this app (premium version). Only today I went to move a file from one folder to another simply the file disappeared and when I tried to look upward stuff almost restoring it said to go to the backup and restore option in the settings but so that says if y'all delete something in cm scanner it completely deletes information technology and doesn't explain how to attempt to restore a file (given I definitely did not click delete I'd like to attempt). How tin I attempt to restore? Surely moving ane file from a folder to some other should exist super uncomplicated. If I'd realised this was going to happen I never would have tried as it'south a certificate I need to keep and is at present seemingly gone forever.

This app is consummate trash, I'd requite zero stars if I could. It was recommended to me by my female parent who had nix just good things to say about it.
When I downloaded and opened it, it froze and shut itself down. Thinking zilch of it (there's one specific app on my phone that likewise does that), I reopened information technology. I went through the registration process and finally I was ready to scan. I clicked on the scan icon and a message popped up: "Smart scan instantly brand docs crystal articulate". Below it was a button that said "try at present" and in the peak right corner was an X. I clicked on the Ten just zilch happened. I clicked on it twice more and, again, nothing happened. Then I tried clicking on the "attempt now" button and, you guessed information technology, nothing happened.
I quit the app and reopened it, hoping it was a one off affair, just the same thing happened. Every time I quit the app and then tried to browse one time I'd reopened information technology, the same message popped up, and I was unable to practice annihilation to brand it disappear so I could scan what I needed to.
Upon trying to contact help, everything was in a dissimilar linguistic communication and I could find nowhere where I could interpret the folio.
TLDR; the app is terrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I went for a new chore (I'd been in the previous i for xx years) and the 60 minutes department requested I scan all the required documents and so email them through. Initially I was a flake daunted most how I would go nigh this until I establish CamScanner. I tin't believe how like shooting fish in a barrel the app is to use and how clear the documents are. I don't know how to practise all the things the app recommends but I keep coming dorsum to scan all of my of import papers because it's like shooting fish in a barrel to locate them and the clarity is brilliant. Thanks CamScanner
